Welcome To America's Top Dog Model® 2012 Contest
"Home Sweet Home"

America’s Top Dog Model ® 2012 Contest theme is “Home Sweet Home.” Contest is open to dog owners 18 and older, legally residing in Untied States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands, and other United States territories). Entry certifies to the above.
There are two ways to enter the contest:

1. Send entries via U.S. mail to:

America’s Top Dog Model ® Contest,

P.O. Box 273525, Boca Raton, FL 33427-3525

Entries sent via US mail must include: an 8 X 10 photograph of your dog in a “home setting,” rules signed by contestant, photographers signed release and assignment of copyright, Dog Profile including 100 – 300 word story about your home sweet home. All forms may be printed out from this web site.

Preliminary Information: No purchase necessary to enter or win. Americas Top Dog Model ® 2012 contest begins on January 10 and ends May 11, 2012. Entry into this contest, constitutes your acceptance of Americas Top Dog Model ® Official Rules. All photos and entry materials become the exclusive property of America’s Top Dog Model ® or its Assignees, which reserve the right without further act, compensation or consideration to use photos and entry materials in any publication, media, promotion, product, or otherwise. Photos will not be returned. Please refer to “Official Rules.”
